My "Shy" Scarecrow

Hello!

I have been working on characters for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons and thought how much more expressive they would be if a hand or hands were added. This is my version of the scarecrow I made for Halloween - with a hand added - and I think he turned out cute. The back is finished so it can be also used as a card. I am having great fun experimenting with this and have more characters to follow.

This funny Scarecrow character is also a post for Sassy Cheryl's "Show Me" at http://sassycheryls.blogspot.com/ check it out!

Thank you for stopping by today to visit my blog! I am in the process of returning those visits and comments! Wishing you a good day today! We have SNOW in this part of WI right now - it is wet and melting when it hits the ground - but it is SNOWING!

  2. I love your scarecrow, he has such a cute expression. I agree that hands just make the image. Thank you for you visit and kind comments today. I hope we don't get too much snow this year. Living at the top of a steep hill, it makes life rather difficult. Have a good week. xx Maggie

  4. Yes...the hands do add expression. So cute. Thanks for the visit and happy to hear that I could inspire You:)Snow? It's been mentioned in our forecast as well. I enjoy it, with a shift in thinking I now consider it the perfect time to hibernate. Stay in-warm and cozy while creating something fun. Be well C
