Hello!
Wishing you a happy 4th of July with this super cute digital image of Mo Manning called "Sparkler". She was printed on white card stock, colored with marker and then outlined with the marker color of the background card stock. Then the image was fussy cut leaving a colored border around the image and glued to the background. I drew a 'flash' at the end of the sparkler and added glitter to it and used the glitter to make stars in the sky.
