At A Loss

Hello,

Another friend is seriously ill - I can't seem to get my mind around it all. My friend Bill suffered a brain aneurysm/brain bleed and is not expected to live. It was such a short time ago we met daily to talk of updates of our friend Sal's condition and then she was gone. A few days ago Bill - who lives 2 doors down from me - came by with a gift of a peach and a "Have a peach of a day!" and now he is on a ventilator, a hole drilled in his head and in intensive care. It's too much to take in.

I am struggling with life issues and not being able to create at the moment, I hope to return soon. In the meantime, I thank all of you who continue to leave comments and e-mails - you are very kind.

Wishing you a good week.

Barbara Diane

How sad and devastating for his family, good friends and neighbours. It is such a powerful reminder of how fast we can lose someone dear to us and how much we take good health for granted.
Prayers for all of you.
