Hello!
So much has happened since I last posted. I lost all motivation to create and life issues have taken priority. I have now found a lawyer to help me and hopefully put some very wrongs to right.
I have been sending cards to Jim to cheer him up - I talk to him on the phone but have not seen him. He loves glitter and so I decided this card to be ALL glitter. The paper comes from the Graphic 45 "Artisian Style" collection and it was great fun to do. I started with adding a few splashes of glitter with Stickles - my favorite go-to for sparkle on my cards. I used toothpicks for smoothing out the Stickles on larger areas and also to apply it to small areas and clean edges.

Then I just kept adding more and more glitter and decided to add glitter to everything on both of the peacocks. Jim loves to do that when he creates his own artworks, so I thought - go for it!
I mailed the card out a couple of days ago now so he should get it today or Monday. I hope he likes it! I did tell him it was of peacocks and lots of glitter. :<) His birthday is on Tuesday so I hope to be able for him to spend a few hours here.
Wishing you a good day today. It is going to thunderstorm shortly here in this part of WI. I hope not severe and we have had so much rain and humidity so hope for the best and sunshine returns soon.
Hugs,
Barbara

I love this card. The sparkle is so fun.
I hope things start looking up for you.
Beautiful card! Thoughts and prayers are with you--I completely understand--been dealing with lots of life issues myself-my poor neglected blog! Had a feral kitten adopt us--and it's a GIRL!! Being surrounded by males (1 husband and all male cats---) SHE (aka Lady Liberty) is a blessing!
