Hello!
The progress on the Mo Manning doll continues. I worked on her for quite some time today and the styrofoam body is now covered in the PaperClay, the paper covered wire for the arms is inserted, a hole was made in the top of the body for the head placement and it is sitting on the shelf to dry.
There are 3 pumpkins that sit at the feet of Prudence on the base. I first had to carve the styrofoam balls to make each pumpkin a different shape so they were all not the same round ball.
Then I covered them with the PaperClay, cut the lines in the clay and made stems.
They are all now sitting on the shelf to dry for the next 24 hours. I have to put them up high as Jimbo may decide that they look interesting sitting on my workdesk and would make great play toys. The dwarfs have proven to be good and dependable baby sitters. :<)
Thank you for visiting my blog today! I somehow deleted this entire post and had to do it over again a second time! It is a dark and dreary day again today after such lovely sunshine yesterday. But I guess that is to be expected for a Fall day in this part of WI. Wishing you a great weekend!
Hugs,
Barbara Diane
