Meeting an Idol, Halloween Card Using DP and a Vampire Owl

The Little Vampire Owl's individual photo was somehow forgotten in today's post and added on the October 21 post!

Hello!

Yesterday was an very exciting day for me as I had a one chance of a lifetime to meet an idol. I will be posting of the exhilerating experience this weekend as I have many photos to share and tales to tell - but here is a hint. :<) You dollmakers out there will know who this is!

Today's card is made using a DP as not only the background but also cutting individual images from it and popping them up using dimensionals. No stamping, but lots of cutting - and I love the bright and fun results! :<)

A scary Vampire Owl has appeared in the Owl Forest today - he's so happy to join his friends!

Thanks for stopping by!

I hope that your day is a happy one!

Great card. That owl forest is getting more personality by the moment! Makes me want to create an advent calendar w/ Halloween owls to count down from the first of October to Halloween. :)

Hi Barbara! Just checkin' in to see the new additions to your Owl-o-ween scene. What a cute little vampire! The card up above is really cute too! Cute idea to cut the images right from the paper! Very Cute! Have a lovely evening. It's been raining here for a few hours now. There's quite a chill in the air today!

Hi Barbara, thanks for your nice comment on my blog! What a lovely cards these are! I'm very curious about the person on the first picture, I'm afraid I don't know her, but I live in Holland, so maybe that's why. Wishing you a lovely day too! Bye, Barbara

Hello Barbara, your work looks so fine, your cards with spooky halloween owls are so cute!!!
Did you have also so cold days as we have? I think it must be cold for Halloween, but I don´t like this low temperatures.
Wave a wonderful day!!!
