WOYW? Wednesday Time!

Hello!

It's Wednesday and time for "What's On Your Workdesk" sharing. The work on my Mo Manning "Prudence" doll is continuing. The doll body and pumpkins were sanded and painted black, the head was sanded and the back of her puritan hat has been added to the head, green paint was added over the black paint on the base and then sandpapered to let the black show through.

Then the shoes were painted. Now I am waiting for the next lesson. This is the first time I have worked with the PaperClay in a long time and I am remembering how fun it is to sculpt with!

So now, go to the "Stamping Ground" blog at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/ to share what's on YOUR workdesk! So much fun to see the different work areas!

Thank you for visiting my blog today! I finally joined Facebook in order to take this class and I am enjoying it very much! So many interesting and creative people! Wishing you a happy day today! We have sun today here in the part of WI but it is cold!

Hugs,

Barbara Diane

I've never heard of these dolls before, and it's fascinating to see how they are constructed. As LLJ says, you are obviously enjoying it immensely!

Thank you for your visit and your nice comment, and I'm glad you like my felt! Beatrice is doing a lot better since starting the new antibiotics, and she is eating well, which is a good sign - she's still very thin, though. We just wish we could get to the bottom of these infections once and for all but it's obviously a weak area for her.

Happy WOYWW,

I have just popped in to see how your doll is progressing. I'm loving seeing your step by step progress. Temperatures have dropped like a stone here in UK over the last few days. We had a severe frost this morning. Hope you are keeping safe and warm.hugs Mrs A.
