Dollhouse Studio - Some Inside Details

Hello!

One of my favorite features of my dollhouse studio is the bay window - which I love, with all the little squares of window. I made lace curtains for it and my son Try made me the beautiful little gold wind chimes that hang in the center. This piece is very special to me.

Many more of my miniature collection will be added to this lovely window - I photographed the individual pieces yesterday. When the studio was built, I originally intended to make a quilted seat cover for the window but had many collectible pieces so I used it as a display ledge.

A few wall details. All have special meaning of either time and place or friends and family. :<)

Thanks for stopping by today!

It is COOL weather here in this part of WI today! After a summer of sweltering heat and humidity until just yesterday - it is windy and acutally cool enough for a sweatshirt or jacket! This morning it was only 66 degrees and tomorrow that is to be the high for the day! One can definitely feel Fall in the air this morning!

Wishing you a happy weekend!

Barbara Diane
