This quote says it all for me:
"I do not understand how anyone can live without one small place of enchantment to turn to."
My small place is my studio area in the corner of my living room. My Whimcees are all the dolls, bears and other creatures that I sew from cloth or sculpt from clay, the cards and papercraft projects that I create.
It is with this blog I hope to share my world created in my small space.

Two Happy Harrys - The Final Photos
Hello!
The final photos of the two Happy Harrys. I hope that you enjoyed this process! :<)
OMG - they are done!!!! Wow - what a great pair - soooooo cute!!! Love it - and loved the process to make them........makes me want to get out my stash of patterns to make bears.
I have the Happy Harry pattern and love him to death and he goes together so well. Have you seen Julie McCullough's new pattern The Mad Hatter? I have to get it. Thanks for stopping by my blog so often with such kind comments. I'm sorry I don't get around more. Life has been so hectic and stressful of late but I think of you and your work often.
This is soft sculpted creativity at it's finest. I have sewn fabric dolls and animals as a business in it's hay day back in the 1990's. This is very intricate work and I can appreciate your talent and work. These are just adorable. Thanks for sharing them with us.
